The world is so big, changing so fast and there are so many opportunities for me to make a difference. But where do i start? I could give money to a charity here to start projects overseas or i can go there myself and be that person who gives that food to that child, clothes an orphan or helps build a school. Poverty is very cruel but we know how to fix it.what is painful that not enough is being done. Individuals can do what they can to make a small difference but without collective action we won't be able to tackle this. The world can be preoccupied and sometimes avert its gaze from the less fortunate, and satisfy their guilt by doing the bare minimum. But i have hope for the future and I hope that our generation can tackle this issue so that we can live in peace. I know it can be done, all we have to do is come together and make a change.
